The Meaning of the Dark is out in Kindle format on Amazon! See below the links to get your copy!
I would like to thank all those who took advantage of the 30% discount offer on the paperback (especially to Kelly Pearson – a legendary person who seemingly clicked the link a second before I’d even posted it) and everyone who has supported my work: Christa Wojciechowski, Richard Thomas, Moira Katson, the Storgy team: Tomek, Ross and Anthony. You are all amazing people and without your support, I would surely might have drowned.
This novel is about loneliness and isolation, the kind which most people experience every day in their increasingly automated and computerised jobs. I wrote it from a very personal place (hence a first person narrative) and I believe this shines through. Even if you’re not normally a fan of sci-fi, I’d recommend giving this a try. And let me know what you think. Writers need feedback to improve, after all.
Thank you to everyone following, liking and commenting on this blog: you are my 1000 Immortals, the elite unit surrounding me, making me better than I actually am.
And as a final word, because it really should not be all about me, please check out my friend Samuel Parr‘s heart-breaking poem Before She Went published on Ink, Sweat and Tears. If it doesn’t move you, you’re made of stone. Sam is so talented, and I hope you will join me in sending him encouraging messages to write more stuff!
Adios for now

The Sam Parr poem is fine indeed.
Such a powerful ending. The last stanza is so quietly epic.
